Hi, I'm Matt!
I have worked with children/teens and their families needing support in their emotional and behavioral health for the better part of a decade. More recently, I have focused on crisis work and I have experience working with at risk adults and teens. Regardless of your concerns, if you or your loved one are struggling with your mental health, or simply aren’t finding as much pleasure from life as you would like, it may be time to seek help. I aim to provide a space of safety, self-determination, and healing while building on your strengths for lifelong growth.

My primary modalities are CBT, DBT, and EMDR. My specialty involves working with children and adolescents with behavioral concerns at home or school. I also work with people of all ages who experience suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, self harming, or grief and loss.

Finding the right therapist is crucial for change. At our first session, we can make sure I'm a good fit or help you find someone else if not. Let's talk!
When I'm Not Working
I like to cook, knit, read in my free time. I like to hike and explore the outdoors, I'm the happiest when I'm out in nature. I enjoy spending time with my family and playing with my kids.
