Hi, I'm Britney!
I believe that mental health is an integral part of our wellbeing and should be attended to like one's own physical health. The therapeutic modalities I have experience in are trauma-focused and person-centered. I enjoy supporting children ages 6 to 18 years old to improve their mental health and heal psychological wounds.
My background consists of working in schools and residential treatment centers. I work with kids and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, and various other mental health concerns.
I believe that a child needs guidance in their mental health journey and making connections with safe adults strengthens their healing process.
When I'm Not Working
When I am not providing treatment, I enjoy hiking, playing with my dog, and spending time with my husband.
